How many properties am I allowed to place?
For the annual fee you can add 25 properties, however these can be changed at any time as you sell or take on new ones simply by logging in to your account and following the easy guidelines.

How many photos can I add per listing?
For each property you can include up to 9 images.

How long does each property stay on the website for?
If you are a private seller your property will remain until you notify us that it is sold. Estate agents can only choose to sign up for one year from when they create their account.

How much does it cost to advertise my properties with Sentinella Homes?

How will buyers know about Sentinella Homes?
In a number of ways. We are adopting a strong internet marketing plan. Plus we advertise in all editions of The Sentinella Magazine, which covers seven areas of Spain with planned expansion into the UK and Europe .

How about if I want to add more than 25 properties to Sentinella Homes?
If you are an estate agent who would like to add more than 25 properties you can only choose to buy batches of 25, so 50, 75, or 100. For each extra 25 property batch, the fee is a further 200€ annually.

I also sell UK properties. Can I advertise those on Sentinella Homes too?
We have a sister site, www.sentinella-homes.co.uk for all UK based properties.

Why do estate agents pay more for this service than private sellers?
Because private sellers will only be selling one property, whereas estate agents can include 25 for not a huge amount more cost-wise.
