I Can’t Even Lift 10 Pounds

My arms are so weak and scrawny, I can’t believe it. I went to TJ Maxx to buy some weights, and I thought 10 pounds would be a good place to start for arm exercises, but I had to drop back to 5. I can’t believe it. And even lifting those is a struggle.

New Diet Combo

I got my copy as a gift from my mom last month. At first, I was not interested. But then, it was a present so I might as well try it at least. I never had very high expectations since I have tried all sorts of workouts already and for me, all of them are alike. You really need to spend a few hours each day to get the results that you want. This workout proved me wrong. Ten minutes!!! Ten minutes is all it takes for me to sweat out everyday and since I started I already got rid of my embarrassing love handles. Think you are doing enough already to get six pack abs but you’re not seeing the results? I then check again the things that I did for the day and the things that I will be doing the next and then go to sleep.
